I said it before and I’ll say it again: IHop is not a diner. Sorry it’s just not. However, due to popular demand, I did make a stop there this week to put its breakfast menu to the test. Here’s the verdict:
The main reason that I went is for the coffee, I was not disappointed.

One really good thing is that they have a lot of great vegetarian options, pictured above is the broccoli and cheese omelette.
Tis the season! Ihop is bringing in the holiday’s with Grinch themed items like this green hot chocolate.
The hashbrowns are a second runner up to the coffee, golden brown and extra crispy.
Unpopular opinion: onion rings are in the breakfast food group.
Another vegetarian favorite: the three cheese omelette with sour cream on the side.
October may be over but fall is still in full swing and that means that it is still socially acceptable for me to order pumpkin spice pancakes on a regular basis.
My pumpkin spice combo came with two eggs any style, a hashbrown, and two strips of crispy bacon.
Pairing the broccoli and cheese omelette with a seasonal hot chocolate was surprisingly good.
